Sadly disappointed with it for my black lab. I knew it wouldn’t work as good as the videos in the ads but it didn’t work at all. And the return process is ridiculous. You can get 50% off your price and keep it or pay to return it. Also you can find it on Amazon for less than 1/2 the price
